A BRUNCH

Last weekend, I catered a brunch for the Mak Center at the Schindler House on Kings Road in Los Angeles. A beautiful and sunny Sunday morning, the brunch was filled with sweet and savory, and of course, lots of mimosas.

soft scrambled eggs with broccolini, onion, and parmigiano reggiano

kale and arugula salad with feta, toasted almonds, pears, and breadcrumbs

melon and burrata salad with basil and mint

asparagus with prosciutto and aged balsamic

croissants + strawberry rose geranium jam
