I love a Sunday brunch. Waking up early, running to the farmers market, and making a delicious meal for friends and family. Today, we shared a wonderful morning of food and laughter with friends we hadn’t seen in a long time. I made Shakshuka, a comforting dish of peppers, heirloom tomatoes, and onions topped with eggs you poach directly in the sauce. I served it with grilled garlic rubbed bread and a refreshing summer salad. Oh, and mimosas all around.
