EASTER BRUNCH
I love brunch. A little something sweet, a little something savory all on one plate. This year, Andre and I hosted an Easter Brunch for some family and friends at our house. Mary Seidel, of Poppies & Peonies, did all of the beautiful flower arrangements for each table setting and I took care of the food. It was the perfect way to spend a Sunday.
toasted baguette with homemade ricotta and meyer lemon jam
frittata with bacon, fennel fronds, gruyere, and shallots
endive salad with pink lady apples, toasted walnuts, and point reyes blue
pea tendrils with english peas, radishes, mint, feta, and lemon vinaigrette
grilled asparagus with fried eggs
cantaloupe with prosciutto, mint, and olive oil
almond creme tart with blueberries
strawberries and homemade whipped cream
