POPCORN SNACK
My sister gave me this popcorn recipe years ago and I have been making it ever since. I even make batches before going to the movies because it tastes so much better than movie popcorn and is way better for you. Popcorn, Nutritional Yeast, and Braggs Liquid Amino Acids. It is salty, crunchy, and very addictive.
POPCORN WITH NUTRITIONAL YEAST AND BRAGGS LIQUID AMINO ACIDS
1/4 c. popcorn (air pop is you have an air popcorn maker)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Nutritional Yeast
Braggs Amino Acids
In a medium sized saucepan, pop your popcorn according the the instruction on the package. I use 1/4 cup popcorn kernels to 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Put both in the pot, cover and turn the heat to medium high. As the kernels begin to pop, move the pan around, shaking it a bit. Once the popcorn is popped, pour it into a large bowl. Spray the popcorn all over with the Liquid Amino Acids and then shake the Nutritional Yeast across the bowl. Toss with your hands and taste. Continue adding both ingredients and tossing until you reach the desired flavor.

again looks deelish!! if you have an air popper you don’t use the oil right? so just the liquid aminos and then the brewers yeast?
Yep! No oil with the air popper so it is even healthier!
